Friends of Felines KS (FOFKS.org) founded 2005 with a mission to implement a citywide TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in Wichita to humanely reduce populations of free-roaming feral & stray cats. FOF works with caregivers to help fund costs of neuter, food & trapping – all towards creating a healthy & safe environment.
