Gratiot Animals in Need
Gratiot Animals in Need is a partner of Best Friends, working together to save the lives of dogs and cats in communities like yours across the country
The Best Friends Network is made up of thousands of public and private shelters, rescue groups, spay/neuter organizations, and other animal welfare groups — all working to save the lives of dogs and cats in communities like yours across the country.
From Gratiot Animals in Need
GAIN works to improve the lives of companion animals and free roaming community cats by offering low cost spay/neuter clinics, financial assistance with veterinary care, and pet retention resources to pet owners in the community. GAIN's cat foster and adoption program results in, on average, 300+ adoptions per year. GAIN also has a pet food pantry where low income and/or senior citizen pet owners can come for assistance.
How is your community doing when it comes to lifesaving?
Our partners support each other and inspire their own communities to increase lifesaving of dogs and cats across the country.
