Founded in February of 2000, the mission of Heaven on Earth is to transform the lives of homeless cats through rescue, sanctuary, and new beginnings. Heaven on Earth believes that every life is precious, and fulfills its mission through the following programs: No-kill, cage-free shelter and sanctuary, Adoptions at Perry’s Place and 6 weekly mobile events, and SpayShip spay/neuter transport program.
