Iowa Humane Alliance

Iowa Humane Alliance forges partnerships and develops programs to reduce animal shelter admissions and end euthanasia as a form of population control. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to ending animal over-population and eliminating euthanasia of pets in Iowa. One of the ways we accomplish this is through the IHA Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic which offers high quality, low cost spay and neuter services five days a week for shelter, owned and free roaming animals.
