Luling Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was formed to specifically support the staff and animals of the City of Luling municipal animal shelter to maximize the live release rate and optimize animal care while they are living at the shelter.  LAWS provides volunteer support for animal socializing, training, enrichment, marketing/networking, fundraising, and promoting adoption as well as monetary support for supplies and vetting needs of the shelter animals.
