Noah's Ark is a non-profit organization dedicated to help the animals of Carlsbad and surrounding Eddy County. We are committed to reducing the number of unwanted pets through our Spay/Neuter Certificate Program and our Feral Cat/Trap/Neuter/Release Program. The logic is simple - the fewer unwanted puppies and kittens born, the fewer that will have to be euthanized in shelters simply because they do not have a home.
