PawsUpKC is a one-if-it’s kind kid-powered philanthropy that supports animal shelters in the Kansas City area while promoting volunteerism and literacy. We have three primary projects: Operation Tailgate where we partner with local businesses to gather shelter or supplies, Rescue Readers where we read each month at kennel-side to socialize pets, and our bookmobile where we distribute hundreds of free books in exchange for shelter supplies and donations.
