St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and neglect situations. STLPR strives to end pet overpopulation and dumping of unwanted pets through education about spaying/neutering, training, and responsible breeding practices. We also do not support adopters who want to declaw their cats.  All of the pets STLPR rescues are in loving foster homes.  Foster homes provide love, care and training needs of the pets.   St. Louis Pet Rescue Website
