Other ways to help
There are many ways to give that help save homeless pets. You can create a personal fundraiser, become a Golden Circle member, make a stock donation and more.
Through annual donations of $1,000 or more, Golden Circle members provide the critical resources to saving the lives of homeless pets all around the country.
Make a planned gift
Make a gift through your will, trust or other financial plan. Planned gifts can reduce income tax and offer substantial tax savings on appreciated properties and securities.
Donate appreciated stock, bonds or mutual funds
Make a tremendous impact by giving a gift of appreciated assets. You’ll avoid capital gains tax on the securities you donate and receive an immediate tax deduction.
Make a donor-advised fund gift
A donor-advised fund (DAF) provides you with the flexibility to support the animals through Best Friends while enjoying some favorable tax benefits.
Donate your car, truck, boat, trailer or other vehicle to Best Friends and you’ll receive a tax write-off for your lifesaving gift to the animals.
Fundraise for animals
Create a personal fundraiser! Celebrate any milestone or special occasion — wedding, birthday, even running a marathon — while giving family and friends the chance to save lives.
