Here's what we're doing to help the pets and people impacted by flooding in Texas.
Flooding hits Texas Hill Country again

Devastating floods are hitting the San Antonio, Texas, area with additional rain and flooding expected in the coming days. Best Friends is providing support by sending supplies to shelters in need, including Footbridge Foundation, Hill Country Humane Society, and Austin Pets Alive!, which are providing direct support to shelters in the impacted areas.

Wings of Rescue will be transporting 100 dogs and cats to the Best Friends Lifesaving Center in Salt Lake City from Austin Pets Alive to make room for those pets impacted by the floods.

For those who want to help, adopting or fostering from one of the above listed organizations will make room for animals affected by the floods. Those wishing to volunteer are encouraged to complete this form.
