Become an exhibitor at the 2021 Best Friends National Conference
Do you want to introduce your products or services and make valuable connections? Become an exhibitor at the Best Friends National Conference, taking place virtually June 23–24, 2021.
Our exhibitors represent companies and organizations from around the country that offer the best resources, information and supplies for animal welfare professionals and proponents. Exhibiting will give you unique access to introduce your company, organization and expertise to hundreds of attendees, including animal welfare leaders, volunteers and other individuals. The deadline to apply to become an exhibitor is June 1.
Conference hours will be 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. MDT on both days.
Live-chat exhibit hall hours
- Wednesday, June 23: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. MDT
- Thursday, June 24: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. MDT
Please note: During these hours, it is your responsibility to make sure your booth has a representative present to respond to live-chat messages. Outside of these hours, your booth will be available for attendees to view at any time.
- $750 for for-profit organizations
- $550 for nonprofit organizations
