Adopt Ricki

Ricki is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process! Ricki, an eight-year-old female, just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. Right now, everything is new—new people, new sounds, new routines—and we’re giving them time to relax, decompress, and show us their true personality at their own pace. "Ricki is still a little shy but loves a head scratch. She loves sleeping in her cat bed or finding new places to sleep. Ricki is warming up to us! She likes to wander around and look for new places to sleep. She loves a head scratch and rubs her face on everything. She’s not afraid in new places! She got comfortable almost immediately. She loves having getting brushed and is very independent and polite. After a month of so of settling in, she is following me around, sleeping on my bed, asking for belly rubs all the time. Ricki is very independent and low maintenance. Shes unbothered by her environment, she doesn’t jump on things she shouldn’t or knock anything over. Honestly, she mostly just sleeps and asks for pets. She LOVES a belly rub - instant purrs. ". She is very cute and affectionate. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had preventative treatments to ensure she is ready for her next steps.
