Adopt Shaun

Shaun is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process! Shaun, a ten-year-old male weighing 12 lbs., just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. Right now, everything is new—new people, new sounds, new routines—and we’re giving them time to relax, decompress, and show us their true personality at their own pace. Happy to curl up next to you on the couch, soaking up belly rubs and long, gentle pets. He’s been wonderful with my kids, showing a calm and affectionate nature. Shaun is fully crate trained and actually enjoys retreating there to relax when his humans aren’t nearby. He’s also fantastic on a leash and he walks right alongside you and naturally stops when you do, making him an easy and enjoyable companion for outings. He’s shown friendly curiosity toward other dogs and has had positive interactions with a few neighborhood pups so far.".
