Meet Chai — New Arrival!
Chai just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. Right now, everything is new—new people, new sounds, new routines—and we’re giving them time to relax, decompress, and show us their true personality at their own pace.

His foster says "From the first day we brought Chai home, the one thing that hasn't changed is how sweet and unaggressive he is. He hasn't hissed or shown any aggressive behavior once. In the beginning, he was a little more reserved and showed his nerves by sleeping more. Since then, he has become the sweetest lap cat and loves spending time with us. He loves his play time, and just wants to be part of the family whether that includes watching movies with us, working remotely with me, being pet, etc. His past owner said that he lived with 5 other cats well, so well I have never seen him interact with other kitties, I'd imagine he would love to have a furry brother or sister! He's gotten more affectionate, is almost always sleeping out, plays for at least an hour a day, and still loves a good pet. He has used his litter box consistently and has been super easy to manage from the beginning. He knows english surprisingly well and will move his tail to respond sometimes. He likes to chat and to be pet. Chai is feeling fully comfortable in the home. He’s the sweetest cat who loves to be with people and sometimes throw a little sass towards us in the funniest way. No matter what he can’t turn down an opportunity to be pet. I've never once worried about him being aggressive and he really just wants to be a part of things.".
Chai is a 7-year old chonky and lovable tabby male. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had preventative treatments to ensure he is ready for his next steps.
