Best Friends opens doors in Northwest Arkansas

The Best Friends Pet Resource Center in Northwest Arkansas is scheduled to fully open in 2022. In the interim, the center provides a range of resources and services for the cats of Northwest Arkansas. These include a co-adoption outlet for members of the Northwest Arkansas Partnership for Animal Welfare (NWA PAW), trap-neuter-return assistance, and a robust network of cat-loving foster homes and volunteers.

The Best Friends Network is made up of thousands of public and private shelters, rescue groups, spay/neuter organizations and other animal welfare groups located around the country. While only shelter network partners are represented on the dashboard, all network partners are working to save cats and dogs. They all need adopters, donors, volunteers and community advocates to increase lifesaving.
