Available every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at our clinic. Appointments are required, and we schedule for the next available opening. To book an appointment, please call 435-275-2495 and follow the prompts to select the service you need.
Vaccine and Microchip Pricing:
- Rabies Vaccine: $5
- DAPP, FVRCP, and Bordetella Vaccines: $10 each
- Microchips: $15
