QT Kittens is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, foster-based, independent group of volunteers focusing on the health and welfare of pregnant momma cats (queens), kittens, and special needs cats. Our kittens & cats will be homed with fosters in free-roaming, healthy environments until their adoptions to their furever homes. We specialize in providing medical and foster care to dependent neonate kittens 0-28 days at intake with a goal of reducing the euthanasia rate for this population. We take in kittens from a number of local rescues including Placer County Animal Services and accept care of all their neonate kittens. We provide medical care at our clinic and foster the kittens in our 60+ foster homes. When kittens are medically and mentally ready, they return to their sponsoring agency for adoption.
Our mission is to assist lost, abandoned, neglected and abused animals in San Saba County, TX by helping to reunite lost pets with their families, fostering and caring for homeless dogs, cats, puppies and kittens, finding adoptive homes for surrendered or abandoned pets and providing assistance to low-income individuals and families through our low-cost spay/neuter program and distributions of pet food and supplies as well as TNR.
