The mission of Recycled Pomeranians and Schipperkes Rescue is to:
    *Provide rescue operations for dogs and puppies in crisis
    *Reunite pets with their owners
    *Educate the public regarding responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spaying/neutering
    *Provide temporary shelter and care for rescued dogs and puppies
