Resurgam is a non-profit social enterprise bridging the gap between animal rescue and human opportunity. We rescue red-list dogs from euthanasia and provide structured vocational training and transitional housing for individuals seeking a second chance. Through therapeutic canine care, we lift each other up-creating a safe haven and a supportive path. We are new and just starting from scratch.
