Through education, community, and compassion PATs Animal Sanctuary will provide a safe haven for animals that have been victim to abuse and neglect. We will rescue and rehabilitate animals that would have been euthanized and provide a sanctuary for the animals who cannot be re-homed.
At Humane Fort Wayne, we work tirelessly for the benefit of pets and the people who love them. Everything we do-from adoption and retention programs, to wellness services, community outreach and education-helps to promote their happiness and well-being.
Our Mission is to improve the conditions for Pit Bull type dogs in Northern Indiana through education, public awareness and by providing resources for Pit Bulls in need. We are now also functioning as a rescue and are excited to be able to offer wonderful pit bulls in need of forever homes. We are still a very small group and are in need of fosters and donors to continue helping pit bulls in need.

The Fulton County Humane Society (FCHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. We are NOT a government facility and do not receive tax dollars to fund our agency. We are funded by generous donations from people and businesses, adoption fees, fundraisers and by applying for grants.
