The Love-A-Bull mission is to promote responsible guardianship and improve the image and lives of pit bull-type dogs through community support, education, advocacy, and rescue. Love-A-Bull operates in the state of Texas, changing and saving lives since 2008.

Catnip Casa Cat Refuge provides care for cats that require extensive rehab or lifelong pawspice care due to age, disease, or disabilities that do not allow them to live in a normal home due to medical needs or behavioral challenges. In the case of community cats, they are unable to function in their natural environment. We educate owners, caregivers, professionals, and the public, about caring for cats with challenges caused by age, disease, disabilities, or terminal illness.

Hound Rescue is a Central Texas nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming beagles and beagle mixes. We provide medical care, foster homes, and adoption services. Through education and outreach, we promote responsible pet ownership and work to give every hound a second chance at life.

AJK Family Rescue is a foster-based non-profit that rescues dogs and cats around the Austin area. We rescue pets in shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia. Many are owner surrendered, abandoned, and survivors of abuse and neglect. We rely on volunteers, fosters and community members. We are united by our love for animals and aim to make a difference in our city's growing homeless pet population by providing foster homes, veterinary care and eventual forever homes for rescued animals.

Pug Rescue of Austin (PRA) is an all-volunteer nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue, healthcare, and placement of abused, neglected, and unwanted pugs. We do not discriminate on the basis of health or age, and we are the only pug rescue in Texas that accepts pug mixes as well as purebreds. Our mission is to provide a safe, caring, and humane refuge for abandoned dogs and to ensure quality adoptive homes.

The purpose of the organization is to promote and provide the animal shelters and local area animal welfare nonprofits with basic resources, improve overall welfare, education, spay/neutering resources or funding efforts, assist with animal rescues, emergency disaster management planning, grant writing, funding raising efforts to help animal welfare and build a no-kill shelter.

The mission of Pawsitive Impact Network is to be a beacon of hope for dogs in peril, to fight for every dog's second chance through rescue, boarding, transport, disaster relief, and education, and to unite our community as champions in building a compassionate future.

To provide public service and a safety net for lost and homeless animals in the community by providing necessary food, water, shelter and standard municipal veterinary care for animals in need. To provide placement services that will assist lost, homeless or sheltered animals to their homes or find new homes when necessary, to provide live outcomes for at least 90% of sheltered animals.

At Sydney's Sanctuary, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, cage-free haven for homeless and abandoned cats, as well as shelter rescue cats where they can receive cozy lifelong care, compassion, and protection. We aim to create a loving environment where these cats can thrive and find their forever homes, with the support of donors and fundraising efforts to continue our mission of animal rescue and care.

Austin Pets Alive! (APA!) is dedicated to making Austin, Texas, a no-kill city. It promotes and provides the resources, education and programs that will make this goal happen.

Classic Canines reduces shelter stay times for senior dogs within public and private sector shelter systems, locating foster, adoption and rescue opportunities, removing medical barriers to adoption, and educating the public of the many benefits of senior dog ownership.

Our mission is to eliminate euthanasia due to lack of space by raising funds to transport dogs from over-crowded shelters to no-kill shelters that have adoption wait lists. It gives the dogs a second chance at life and provides loving families with a wonderful companion.

To rescue German Shorthaired Pointers from Texas and surrounding states from shelters, as strays and owner surrenders and provide medical care and complete vetting during their stay at a foster home in our program and then placement into a permanent safe and loving home.

The Austin Humane Society (AHS) offers comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services, transforming the lives of animals and those who love them. Founded in 1952, AHS is the longest-standing, no-kill shelter in Austin. As Austin has grown over the past 67 years, so have we. In 2006 we served 2,418 animals. Now, our life-saving services impact over 11,000 animals every year. We continue to provide programs critical to the success of no-kill in Austin.

Today, we are on a mission to make veterinary care affordable and accessible for everyone. We know that all pet owners love their pets, but that millions cannot afford or access veterinary care. To solve this challenge, we are building the nation's first non-profit, low-cost veterinary care system, so far establishing nine clinics and two mobile clinics in underserved parts of Austin, Houston, Killeen, and Pflugerville, Texas; and in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Austin Boxer Rescue rescues dogs from public shelters and individual owners who can no longer care for their dogs. Dogs in ABR's care are transported, fed nutritious food, provided with clean, comfortable shelter, medical, training, rehabilitation and kind human interaction. With ABR, rescued dogs regain their health and trust in people, prepare for family life and join carefully screened adoptive families.

Cocker Spaniel Rescue of Austin is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that works to find permanent, loving homes for homeless cocker spaniels in the Central Texas area.

The Wags and Whiskers mission is to provide peace of mind and temporary placement for pets of people facing illness. We work to champion the human-animal bond. We aim to provide peace of mind to hospital & medical need patients by placing their pets with temporary qualified caregivers until their owners can be reunited with the companion animals they love.

Relocation RescueWest Texas Pets Alive! is a non-profit, No Kill, volunteer animal rescue organization serving Big Spring, TX and the surrounding area.We are dedicated to ending the killing of homeless pets by providing: Temporary shelter to stray, abandoned and surrendered animals, finding permanent forever homes for homeless pets, education and support to the community for this animal population, financial aid for vetting services and the spay/neuter of homeless animals, and support to area shelters and other rescue organizations to help achieve and maintain a No Kill status. We believe that all animal lives are important and that each deserves a chance to thrive in a home environment. We don't save rescue animals. They save us!
