Acres of Love Animal Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation, designated as a public charity. Our purpose is to conduct any and all lawful business for which corporations can be organized pursuant to Texas law, including but not limited to operating an animal rescue for lost, found, abandoned, abused, or neglected animals in the Blanco County and surrounding area, and; to provide temporary humane veterinary healthcare, daily needs, and shelter until reunited with the owner or placed in an approved permanent home. Acres of Love Animal Rescue is a no-kill facility and offers community programs to raise animal welfare awareness through education, low-cost spay/neuter, and helping keep pets at home.
The Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area strives to promote the humane treatment of animals and to foster respect, understanding, and compassion for all creatures.
