California Doodle Rescue rescues, rehabilitates, and re-homes doodles and poodle mixes who have been abuses, abandoned or neglected throughout California. We provide care, medical support, and safe foster homes for dogs we rescue from shelters, backyard breeding, and hoarding situations and work tirelessly to provide them with loving permanent homes.

We take in strays as well as pull from high kill shelters. Our goal is to help animals be set up for success in going into adoptive homes to lower the chances of returns.

Our mission at Outta the Cage is to help people see shelter dogs as individuals. We travel to shelters, where we video dogs in play yards and open areas. We then share these videos on social media and on our web site, enlisting people to spread the word. We also share information and best practices on how to network shelter dogs, offering field-proven tips for successful advocacy, foster, adoption, and networking.Outta the Cage is directly involved in our community, fostering hard to adopt dogs, and working with other rescues to find adopters. We prioritize at risk animals including seniors, sick, and special-needs dogs, and so-called dominant breeds. From time to time we also advise shelters, animal advocacy organizations, and private companies on the application of information technology to animal rescue.

Paw Prints in the Sand Rescue is an all animal rescue dedicated to saving the lives of stray, abandoned and abused animals in high-kill shelters and rehoming pets when owners can no longer care for them. We ensure all of our rescues are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. We are an all-volunteer network that provides foster homes, vet care, training and ultimately a loving forever home for our rescues.

The Volunteers of the Burbank Animal Shelter, a 501(c)(3) animal service agency, is devoted to providing medical, social, behavioral and financial care for animals at risk and determined to eliminate animal homelessness in the Burbank community.

Our organization is dedicated to the protection and humane treatment of pets in the San Gabriel Valley area. We encourage people to rescue a homeless animal instead of buying one. We screen each new potential owner to ensure that an animal and owner are a good match. We also educate the community on the importance of early vaccinations for fatal and easily preventable diseases. We also advocate spaying or neutering to reduce pet overpopulation.

Precious Pals Pet Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit all volunteer based rescue in Los Angeles, CA. Our rescue focuses on rescuing small breeds with minor to major medical needs from high kill shelters in Southern California. We have special program for senior chihuahuas to live our the remainder of their lives in our wonderful fospice homes.

SCSIR is an all animal rescue that specializes in Shiba inu and Spitz breeds. We started a feral cat and kitten rescue in 2007 when Elf mom passed away. Cage to Couch provides medical care and loving homes to rescued laboratory research survivors and other animals who have suffered neglect and abandonment and cruelty and abuse, including seniors and those with special medical needs.

Our program assists the homeless community of dog owners. It is the only program in California, and possibly the United States, specifically founded to assist homeless dog owners spay/neuter, vaccinate, license their dogs, as well as offer a variety of services including crisis care for the life of the dog.
