Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter's mission is three-fold: 1. To provide care for homeless companion animals; 2. To promote spaying/neutering, microchipping and education about animal welfare; and 3. To place homeless cats and dogs in loving, permanent homes.

Pets for Patriots gives the most overlooked sheltered animals hope and a home through companion pet adoption by United States military veterans and their families. Our mission is to give the gifts of fidelity, joy and companionship to person and pet alike, and to create mutual bonds of love and healing.

Posh Pets Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of homeless animals, many of whom are rescued at the very last moment from euthanasia at the city shelters. We provide safe haven to all those who find their way to us through whatever circumstance, whether abandoned, injured or neglected. No matter the breed, health or age, we believe that all should live secure, healthy lives and we work tirelessly in our attempts to find the right homes with people who will love their pets for a lifetime.

We decrease the population of homeless pets through medical treatment, training and rehabilitation, community outreach and education, and placement programs. We partner with the Domestic Violence Crisis Center to lend support to victims of domestic violence. We also offer subsidized spay/neuter services to qualifying pet guardians and provide neuter/spay, vaccines and microchip for pits and pit-crosses for $25.

The mission of Garden Rescues Inc is to rescue dogs who are homeless, abused, or at risk for euthanasia at kill shelters.We will provide medical care as well as a loving and safe environment for the dogs while we seek to find them permanent homes.Garden Rescues will distinguish itself from traditional shelters by providing a much more comfortable and less stressful environment where the dogs will board.The dogs will live in rooms, rather than cages, and spend most of their days interacting with people as well as other dogs.In traditional shelters dogs spend approximately 23 hours a day in solitude in a cage.Garden Rescues' dogs will spend the majority of their days with people in the hopes that they will be less stressed and actually enjoy their lives while they wait for forever homes.

Adopt-A-Dog is a dog and cat rescue and sanctuary organization serving New York and Connecticut and beyond for nearly three decades. Our shelter is open seven days a week. Our dedicated staff and volunteers strive to provide the best care possible while the animals are at our shelter awaiting safe and permanent homes.

Our mission is to provide happy loving homes to abandoned, neglected and unwanted dogs, and to also rescue and rehabilitate orphaned and injured wildlife and release back into the wild.

Southern Paws Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit dog rescue based in Northern New Jersey. We collaborate with fellow rescues to rehome dogs facing euthanasia due to overpopulation. Additionally, we offer education, training, low-cost spay and neuter, networking, disaster relief response, and shelter crisis management to support other animal organizations in their rescue endeavors.

Best Friend Dog and Animal Adoption, Inc. is committed to providing a safe haven for rescued stray and abandoned animals by supplying them with medical treatment, food, and shelter until their adoption. Wise Animal Rescue (W.A.R.) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being of dogs of all breeds. We are comprised of a network of caring people with a grassroots approach working towards a world where no dog is neglected, abused, or homeless.

Animal Control and Shelter provides public information on best practices for pet care. We also educate the public on humane treatment, licensing and restraining laws within the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills. Our main charges include removal and/or control of stray animals that may be found on the streets of Parsippany, overseeing pet adoptions, and control of disease, particularly rabies, among wild and domestic animals.

Labrador Life Line is a national organization that recognizes the tremendous need to aid purebred Labs in need of new homes, urgent medical care, or other assistance in order to live a full and productive life. Too often these needs go unaddressed, resulting in the needless suffering and death of America's most beloved canine companion. We are determined to alleviate such tragedies through the efforts of our volunteers.

Ziva Dog Rescue is a 501c(3) foster-based dog rescue based in Chatham, New Jersey. We are a group of committed volunteers who are dedicated to saving dogs in need. Our goals are simple: to help reduce the number of unwanted and neglected dogs in our country and to match humans with the right canine companion.

Our mission is to place adoptable cats and kittens into loving and nurturing homes. We prioritize the physical and emotional needs of cats awaiting their forever homes. All cats in our care are vet checked, FIV/FeLV tested, and vaccinated. Each cat is provided with loving care from our volunteers, so they are socialized and their personality and temperament is evaluated. This allows Loving Hands to place each cat with the right adopter and home situation.

Located in Nassau County, New York, The Nassau County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a 501(c) (3), nonpro?t organization designed to protect animals in the county from abuse and neglect, and to provide basic welfare. We hold special authority to enforce NYS Agriculture & Markets Law, and all other state and local humane laws. The mission of the Nassau County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is to protect Nassau County's animals from cruel & inhumane treatment and put an end to animal suffering through education, community involvement, and enforcement. No case is too small or too big. Nassau County SPCA detectives and humane of?cers respond to thousands of reports of animal abuse. Together, they investigate each case thoroughly to bring animals to safety and animal abusers to justice

Hudson Valley Humane Society is a full-service animal welfare organization, no-kill for > 40 years. Incorporated in 1891, we are one of the earliest SPCAs established in the US. We care for abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals. Our mission is to pursue animal welfare at its core, to speak for those who cannot, to protect the innocent, and to provide a safe haven, no matter the duration, for all animals under our care.

Through its many programs, Last Hope is attempting to reduce the tremendous cat and dog overpopulation problem on Long Island, encourage responsible and affordable pet ownership, and transform the public image of the typical pound animal.

The mission of Road to Home Rescue Support Inc. is to focus on animals in need and combine our efforts and experience with other rescue originations, with a special emphasis on assisting those animals that are often overlooked by other rescue groups. This enables us to band together for a common goal and to keep the continued focus upon the animals in need. We fight for the old, sick, misunderstood and untouchable, regardless of breed or species.
