Meet Portia, a beautiful older German Shepherd mix with a gentle soul and a thoughtful, sensitive nature. She walks nicely on leash and enjoys getting out for calm, steady strolls where she can take in the world at her own pace.
Portia can be a bit nervous in new situations, so she’s looking for a patient, understanding home that will give her the time and reassurance she needs to feel safe. Once she does, her sweet personality shines — especially when treats are involved! She’s highly food-motivated and happily accepts snacks as tokens of love and encouragement.
