Meet Sera, an 8-year-old Cocker Spaniel mixed breed weighing 35 pounds. She’s an affectionate, sweet, and calm girl who loves spending time with her people. Sera has a gentle, loving nature and enjoys the quiet moments, making her an ideal companion for anyone looking for a laid-back friend to share their life with.

Her foster says "Sera is a sweet and affectionate gal who loves to be near people. This gorgeous girl welcomes pets and snuggles and likes to get her tan on in the backyard. She was eager to explore when I first took her home and it didn’t take too long for her to adjust since she wanted to meet everyone. Sera loves to befriend people the minute you walk into the room. Her love language is physical touch since she loves to lean against you with big puppy eyes in exchange for head rubs. I can't stress enough how gentle Sera is and continues to be with other people and dogs. She isn’t dog reactive nor pulls on leash when we go for walks. Sera is gentle when taking treats and prefers human company most of the time. She’s the perfect couch mate looking to snooze in front of the tv. ".

"Sera has adjusted well to her surroundings. She has grown close with members of the household and the resident dog as well. The presence of another dog has positively influenced on Sera, she has become more confident and socially at ease. Over the past week and a half, she has made some progress with separation anxiety. She is now able to remain calm when left alone in a room for short periods. However, she still becomes anxious if left alone for more than an hour."

Sera is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and had preventative treatments to ensure she is ready for her new home.
