Meet Hero, a 4-year-old black and white male cat with a charming spirit and a heart of gold. Hero is affectionate, playful, and always ready to greet you with a purr or a gentle head bump. With his striking coat and sweet personality, he’s sure to be a loyal and loving companion.

His foster says,"He’s so content when he’s around his people. He doesn’t need attention, just being near you is enough. Hero is a total sweetheart. He’s the perfect kind of lapcat, he just wants to be around his people without demanding your attention. He’s very gentle and good at communicating when he’s done with something. He’s learned very quickly what he’s not allowed to do (like jump on the stove). We even clipped his nails and he was so good and calm! Hero is just the guy for you if you’re looking for a supportive and affectionate sidekick. He seems very adaptable and chill, his litter box usage is 10/10, and he’s not destructive or mischievous. Just a happy, friendly little guy. "

Hero is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and had preventative treatments to ensure he is ready for his new home. Hero has tested positive for FIV , an autoimmune condition. FIV is not transmissible to humans and cats can live normal lives with it. Our adoptions specialists can fill you in on the details.
