[Campaign ended] Ask the City Council to implement community cat programming.
Tax dollars shouldn't be used to euthanize perfectly healthy cats. That's why we're asking Cedar City council members to support community cat programming, which is a humane, cost-effective method of reducing stray cat populations over time.
The process is simple: cats are caught (often by volunteers), evaluated by veterinarians, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and returned to their original outdoor homes, unable to have kittens. This creates a healthier community for cats and people alike.
