Urge Governor Pritzker to sign Illinois House Bill 1711 into law.

If enacted, HB 1711 will help put an end to the suffering of countless animals in substandard breeding facilities and reduce killing in Illinois shelters by shrinking the retail market for milled pets — while increasing adoption opportunities for homeless dogs and cats.
