OK residents: Urge your state legislators to vote NO on HB 1421!

The puppy mill industry is trying to stop Oklahoma cities from regulating pet sales.

Pet-store lobbyists have successfully added a harmful "Shop, Don't Adopt" amendment to pending state law. This amendment would block local governments' ability to ban the sale of mill-bred pets in retail stores.

If House Bill 1421 passes as written, puppy mill sales will continue to grow.
