Location: Remote within the contiguous United States

Hiring Range: This position’s hiring range is anticipated to be $80,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, plus great benefits!

Please note that this is a full-time temporary role with an expected end date of August 2, 2027.  

Position Summary: This role provides overall department support by overlaying strategy that aligns with organizational goals to ensure successful execution of entertainment partnerships and enhance collaboration and visibility of mission initiatives. The person in this role will be responsible for focusing on planning, data collection, insights, reporting, and process optimization to strengthen entertainment partnerships and celebrity engagement efforts, overlaying celebrity strategy into existing marketing initiatives, communicating important milestones and recap reports to internal departments focused on data as well as case studies that can be used externally for celebrity pitches, working closely with the social teams to strategize research and real time stewardship with proactive and reactive strategies. This role ensures that campaigns, events, and partnerships are supported by clear strategies, measurable goals, accurate tracking, and actionable insights and plays a critical role in informing strategy, improving execution, and demonstrating impact across all entertainment and celebrity initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overlay organizational goals into operational plans, timelines, and tracking frameworks to support effective execution.

  • Identify celebrity/entertainment trends, opportunities, and gaps through research and performance analysis.

  • Maintain and regularly update all constituent data in internal databases by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data related to events, campaigns, and partnerships.

  • Produce clear, compelling, and accurate reports and project plans that communicate impact, ROI, and KPI learnings to internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Support continuous improvement of surfacing insights and recommendations based on data and results.

  • Support the end-to end execution of celebrity and entertainment initiatives by managing workflows, timelines, approvals, and documentation and ensuring that all events comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution and garner input from all channels. Serve as an operational liaison, ensuring clear communication and follow-through across departments.

  • Draft marketing plans and documents with basic info for celeb team and relevant channels and serve as marketing liaison.

  • Monitor social accounts and capture specific celeb posts for during/after internal events.

  • Prepare background materials, briefings, and summaries to support decision making and relationship management efforts.

  • Submit necessary creative requests for celebrity and entertainment activations, making sure that branding, copy, and messaging is consistent.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support as needed, including booking travel for celebrity appearances, coordinating swag for outreach, creating personal touch moments with key supporters and supporting event logistics.

  • Travel up to 15%.

Skills or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience in entertainment relations, partnerships, marketing, operations, analytics, or a related support function within the entertainment or nonprofit sectors.

  • Possess a passionate and ongoing interest in and familiarity with the entertainment industry including knowledge of the different studios, networks, PR firms, management companies, talent agencies, etc.

  • Solid understanding of marketing partnerships and talent engagement with a results-driven mindset.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable summaries.

  • Deep understanding of project management tools.

  • Experience supporting marketing partnerships, talent engagement, with an emphasis on operations, analytics, and strategy support.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

  • Experience using Airtable, Excel, HERO, talent representation databases, and Asana are

  • preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; the ability to learn new systems, including online information systems. 

  • Experience using data to create narratives or develop strategy.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit and the capacity to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work at a computer for extended periods of time with repetitive typing, sitting, arm, and hand motion.

  • Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

  • Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, ability to qualify to be added to Best Friends insurance.

  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays, when needed. Ability to travel via various forms of transportation.  

  • Flexibility to work odd days and hours as needed for events and promotions. May include weekends, nights, and holiday work. Considerations will be made for appropriate work-life balance.
