Hi, I'm Rosemary! I’m a 2-year-old brown tabby with a gentle heart and a whole lot of love to give. If “super sweet” were a competition, I’d probably win first place (and then politely share the trophy with you). I’m the kind of girl who will follow you from room to room just to keep you company. I love soft pets, cozy naps, and being near my favorite humans. Whether you’re reading, working, or just relaxing, I’ll be right there adding a little extra warmth to your day. I’ve got that perfect balance of calm and affectionate—I enjoy a little playtime, but I truly shine as a cuddle buddy and loyal companion. Best Friends is working to end the killing of dogs and cats in U.S. shelters in part by getting more pets out of shelters and into loving homes.

We’ve come a long way since the first known city reached no-kill in 1994, and now we’re closer than ever to making the entire country no-kill.
