Valentine’s Day is more than just chocolate and roses. It’s about love. And what love could be more pure and more unconditional than that of a pet cat or dog? To help facilitate such love connections, more than 250 Best Friends No More Homeless Pets Network partners are participating in our Give Love adoption promotion. Best of all, the Valentine special offer features $14 adoption fees for select pets from February 1-14.
