The mission of All About Cats is to improve the lives of outdoor cats on Hilton Head Island and nearby areas. We rescue and protect cats and trap neuter/spay and return feral cats. For cats who are in danger in their original location, we find a new place for them to live safely. For cats who are found outdoors and not feral, but social, we seek permanent homes for them. If there are no better options, we take all of the cats into a 1.5 acre outdoor enclosure.
