Animal Outreach of Shelby County is an all-volunteer, grassroots organization working to improve the lives of Shelby County’s cats We accomplish this by implementing trap/neuter/return (TNR) as a humane solution to the growing stray and feral cat population and providing adoption services for tame-able kittens and friendly adults from managed feral colonies.
