The mission of FAR Side Journey is to create a Foster, Adoption & Rescue (FAR) network so that no owner-relinquished or stray animal has to be held in a government shelter awaiting adoption or potential euthanasia due to overcrowded conditions.  Our vision is to see the day that municipal animal shelters no longer have to euthanize adoptable companion animals.
