Our mission is to establish and enhance services that benefit the lives of shelter animals in Contra Costa County. We are committed to: Helping to find great foster and adoptive homes for shelter animals; Marketing and networking at-risk shelter animals; Funding medical, behavioral and special care which is beyond the shelters' resources.
