Houston Cares Animal Rescue, formerly known as Westbury CARE, is more than just a 501c3 rescue, it’s a community of animal lovers working together to make a difference for animals in Houston. Our rescue aims to address many of the growing problems in Westbury including: roaming and stray animals, lost/found animals, and a lack of neutering/spaying, microchipping, knowledge of proper animal care, and pet licensing.
