SARG was formed in Oak Ridge, TN in January 1996 and is dedicated and committed to giving dogs and cats from the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter, a municipal “kill” shelter, a second chance at life. We began as a rescue group dedicated to providing an option for mixed breed dogs; we added cats within two years of our beginning.
