Stray Animals Matter, operates a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) program in SW Missouri. We help the stray and feral cats in the rural areas from Joplin Missouri to Springfield Missouri. If a volunteer comes across a hurt or starving kitten they are brought into our rehabilitation program, then adopted thru our partnership with Petco.
