Our mission at Sutter Animal Services Authority (SASA) is to provide the safest, healthiest, most courteous animal control and animal sheltering services possible for the animals and citizens of the cities of Yuba , Live Oak, and all of the unincorporated areas of Sutter County.  All of the SASA staff work diligently to provide a safe, loving and healthy environment for the animals in our care at the SASA shelter.
