Hart-2-Heart Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing small mixed-breed and purebred dogs who would otherwise fall through the cracks. Our focus is to provide a happy future for our foster dogs, to guarantee the care and support needed to ensure their full health of both mind and body, whether they are strays, abandoned, from puppy mills or shelters, or victims of unavoidable life circumstances.
