The goal of the Lewis-Upshur Animal Control Facility is to find homes for as many of our shelter animals as possible. We are excited to announce that every cat & dog that leaves the facility has been spayed/neutered in an effort to reduce overpopulation and increase the likelihood of an animal staying in its forever home.
