The Oswego County Humane Society works to encourage and strengthen the human/animal bond with programs and services that focus on the needs of both people and animals. For over 22 years, OCHS has provided for main programs and services to the Oswego County community including a foster-based adoption program, a spay/neuter clinic for pets in low-income households and for free-roaming cats, humane education, and a pet food and supply pantry.
