From Sofia's Second Chance Animal Rescue
Our goal is to provide a safe haven for animals that are so easily discarded and misunderstood, give them the love they are missing, all the while we work to find them a forever home.
Currently we are still small and getting on our feet but we have big plans for what is to come!
Build our network of foster homes to allow us to take in more pitbulls & pitbull mixes in need
Partner with local stables & ranches to set up a foster network for horses & donkeys
Encourage collaboration with local trainers & therapists to assist with behavior modification and rehabilitate to become eligible for adoption
Acquire facilities with land and space to provide on-site medical care, training, and shelter for long term rescues
Create vocational and therapeutic opportunities for veterans and individuals with special needs to work with the animals in our care - this would be a safe haven for them as well.
How is your community doing when it comes to lifesaving?
Our partners support each other and inspire their own communities to increase lifesaving of dogs and cats across the country.
