Adorable, happy-go-lucky, adventurous and sweet, Norberta is that friend who both makes you laugh and is there for you when you need a good snuggle! We removed her her left eye due to a medical condition, but she doesn't let it get her down, and we think she looks even cuter! Norberta would do best as the only dog in the home, but she will make up for that with her adorable smile and winsome personality.
