This Husky mix has plenty to say and isn’t afraid to sing about it. True to her breed, Uma is vocal, spirited, and full of personality. She’s super friendly and loves making new dog friends especially medium to large pups who can keep up with her playful energy! 🐾 She’s not a fan of small animals or cats, but she is a big fan of cuddles. Once she’s done singing and zooming, she’s ready to crash on your couch for a good snuggle. Uma is still working on her excitement on walks, but she’s learning fast and improving every day. She just needs someone who can keep up with her and give her a cozy forever couch to nap on.

Best Friends is working to end the killing of dogs and cats in U.S. shelters in part by getting more pets out of shelters and into loving homes.

We’ve come a long way since the first known city reached no-kill in 1994, and now we’re closer than ever to making the entire country no-kill.
