Help community cats in Shasta Lake

The Shasta Lake City Council is considering community cat programming and needs to hear that their community supports saving more cat lives. 

Trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) is an animal-friendly and veterinarian-approved method for keeping community cats safe, healthy, and out of shelters, humanely reducing their population numbers over time.
