Protect community cats and caregivers in Alaska
Alaska residents: Ask your state leaders to support House Bill 348!
Alaska House Bill 348 will ensure that good Samaritans are allowed to care for community cats without fear of fines or criminal penalties.
Community cat programs use trap-neuter-return (TNR) to humanely manage unowned cat populations. TNR is an animal-friendly and veterinarian-approved method for keeping cats safe, healthy, and out of shelters, reducing their population numbers over time.
