Support animal lifesaving in Pinellas County

The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners is considering several changes to ordinance 25-1868A. 

These changes would improve lifesaving in the local shelter; remove barriers for the public to help in managing and caring for community cats; provide further protections for consumers; and help in the fight to end puppy mills.
